I need help with 1930's hairstyles! anyone out there that knows some and can give a how to? hairstylists? ..?

I've been exploring some online lately...i am in a play set in the 1930s and am trying to be proactive about figuring out my hair. Unfortunately my hair is quite long for 1930s styling really...its a bit past the middle of my back....so I guess i'm looking for updos of sorts....any help would be greatly appreciated!

well actually most women back then had long hair.
they just had REALLY tight curls, or they just curled the ends and did a little up do thing with their bangs.

Why not just wear a wig? A popular hair style in the 30's was the bob. Why don't you just out your own hair under a stocking cap which is like a dollar at a wig store and then spend 10 to 15 dollars on a bob wig for you to wear.
