It doesn’t look like there’s anything you’ve done wrong. Since it didn’t go ahead and install Flashplayer when you clicked "Ignore," it’s safe to say that your computer is having a corrupted file issue. It rules out other possible problems with your installation and more complicated ways of fixing it.
Basically, what’s going on is that a file your computer needs to install Flashplayer isn’t working right. It’s a normal thing that happens after a computer’s been in use for a while. Things get worn down, but they’re easy to fix.
You need a registry cleaning program to fix this problem. The one I like is here: http://optimize-your-pc.com/regcure/repairing_errors.php. This will fix everything that’s wrong with your computer, even if you don’t know about it. All it takes is the click of a button, and it takes care of the rest. Easy as cake.
