What should I do to this bathroom? I'm trying to remodel it?

This is the small guest restroom:

It just got new granite and sink. The faucet is being installed and it looks like thishttp://common2.csnimages.com/lf/1/hash/1…

What should I do to the restroom to make it look better? ANY suggestions would help because this restroom needs a lot of help.

I don't see that it needs a lot of help. The vanity and sink are great.
You may want to remove the stuff on the back of the toilet and remove that toilet cover- I just hate them.
Perhaps you'd like to paint ? You could also freshen up with some nice guest towels and get a towel bar hanging off of the side of the vanity ?
Here is a great paint color :http://www.myperfectcolor.com/Benjamin-M…

Perhaps a framed poster over the toilet would look nice :http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Sea-Breeze…

Have fun with your design.

Right now it is just boring 'cause there are no colors/accessories in it.
I like the blue paint and the Van Gogh poppies [ third poster ]above.

First get rid of your mirror and buy a picture frame mirror ( mirror you have is outdated). Change the color of the bathroom ( light earth tone color) and maybe add a nice matching( to the cabinet) towel shelf. Add some back splash tiles or stone.
If you like wood work add some high baseboards and bigger trim for accent and some 4" crown molding.
The cabinet and sink are nice but I see you are missing your faucet.

I would remove the mirror and hang an oval one that matches the faucet. Also, get a light bar that matches them both. I love the sink!!! and counter top.Now you need some color on the walls.I would go with a warm color and then use white towels as a pop factor and they match the sink. Maybe a basket of soaps or a candle on the toilet tank. Keep it simple and clean.
