How to become unstuck in time?

In Slaughter House 5 Kurt Vonnegut always mentions that Billy Pilgrim became unstuck in time. Time is always moving either too fast or too slow for me. I am one place and then one hour goes by and I think it has been one minute and vice versa. How do I become unstuck in time and choose how fast it goes? Please I need help.

damage to certain areas of your brain will effect your ability to percieve the passage of time accuratly but time will still be moving at the same rate.

Carlos Castenedas teaches us that our goal in life should be to stop time, and by that he means that we should try not to feel the passage of time, but to immerse ourselves in whatever we are doing and enjoy it to the fullest extent

    good luck

There is only time because you think in terms of time.If you stop thinking in terms of the clock and become fully aware that there the only reality is this very moment you will find that your mind will begin to stop being controlled by the clock.Present moment awareness allows us to see that time is not a product of a clock,an hour or a day or a week but this very moment. This moment is eternal time because it is always this moment. It allows us to be fully immersed in it and eradicates the thinking that creates the feeling that we should be chasing time or stalling time.Time does not move fast or slow.It is the thoughts governed by the clock that appears to move fast or slow. The clock is a useful tool of course to remind us to move to where we should be in our day to day lives but that's all it is..a tool.It is not time itself.Time is just an infinite single moment. If you want to choose how fast or slow time goes you are fighting a reality with an unreality.Just become aware of each moment and experience it fully and you will find that the clock time is no longer an issue.

You are a busy person. You are living your life. Time flies when somebody is busy just doing those things that need to be done.

Then you have moments where the amount of time is not up to you, waiting in line, waiting for your doctor's appointment, waiting for the bus - this is when time goes too slowly.

I'm not sure as to how one becomes unstuck in time as we all deal with this in our daily lives.

I recall the book Slaughter House 5, but do not recall the specifics - so in this respect I must admit ignorance or rather, I have missed your point.
