How to make a device that rings?

Question

I need a small device which rings like a telephone or small bell when I press a button. It cannot be electronic. Perhaps if something was hooked up to a small bell?

Have you never seen a service bell in a shop or somewhere, or a bell on a child's bicycle? Neither is electronic....
