Where is the exact location of Jack Kerouac's grave?

I know it's in Lowell, Massachusetts but I have no idea what cemetery. Any help?

It's in the Edson Cemetery at 1375 Gorham Street, Lowell MA (see links, below).

He is buried at Edson Cemetery (Gorham Street two miles south of the Lowell Connector)

Another interesting note I found out was that he died of a stomach hemorrhage, October 21, 1969, at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL
