Probably not, although I know there was a script bouncing around Hollywood for a long time. I think most directors don't want to risk career suicide by making a movie about him. However, they would make a movie like On the Road or from something else he has written.

The best bet to see someone make that movie would be Terry Gilliam, who is known for making off the wall movies.
