Can a hard asthma cough cause internal bleeding?

i had a hard cough for like 15 minutes where it sounded like i had a whistle to it during the cough.
now i cough and taste blood, all of my limbs hurt. I'm weaker than normal. i have abdominal pains. and its been only a couple of hours and its getting worse( so it feels like). i have chills and slight nausea. my back started hurting. im warm but i have chills. there is no blood in urine or stool. the coughs took place sept 06 at night and everything started sept 07 at night. its 6.18 am on sept 08 and it still continues.

The whistling sound was a restricted airway caused from bronchial spasms, the cause of asthma.

I don't know what you mean by "internal bleeding" other than you can possibly be bleeding in your lungs. I am not a doctor so I can't say whether that is the case or not but if you are tasting blood, you are overdue at the doctors office already.
