Joy Division - Disorder... Great song that.

Some of the soundtrack for "The Assissination Of Jesse James" composed by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis is worth a listen to too. 'Song for Bob' and 'Mary's Song' being the pick of the bunch.

... As for Richard Ashcroft, Lucky Man, Bittersweet Symphony, Weeping Willow, Love Is Noise... etc. all do a fine job.
