I'm 13 and want to lose weight?

Okay I asked this before and some snob told me I need therapy and told me to shut up. It pissed me off.So this is my new one take that >:D! Anyway I'm getting tired of my stupid brother calling me names like fat so if I'm average weight he'll stop.Plus I WANT to be healthier. So dont go saying crap that I have problems. -_- it annoys me. Anyway my goal is to go from I believe 104 to 93 which s 11 pounds.I want to know what foods to stay clear of and what foods I should eat from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also for healthy snacks for after supper and when I get home from school.I was told eating a snack when I get home from school and after supper was the way to do it.I also need to know what excersise I should do. I have a big forest and I walk my dog Sarah five laps from now on. (I started today) I have a basket-ball hoop, a soccar ball, a swingset,a pitch back and DDR. How can I turn that into an awesome workout?

(1 lap in my woods = half a mile)

My mom knows im a healthy person now.But she makes BIG suppers. Tonight it was herbal rice, two cresecent rolls, 1 and half slices of chicken and milk.Is that bad .And my mom makes pasta ALOT and isnt it bad for you? We have wheat bread though.I usually havein my school lunch which consists of ; A sandwhich with lettuce, a slice of ham, and cheese. I also have an apple, water bottle, and today pretzels.

Any suggestions are helpful thank you!!! XP Oh and you the one who rudly answered my last question I ask you please dont respond rudly. -_-

hey, you're off to an excellent start!

what i would suggest for breakfast is anything but sugary cereals! however, complex-carbohydrates in the morning, such as toast, cheese, and fruits are best to kick in your metabolism and you'll burn more calories. avoid anything pure sugar, such as sugar itself, or candy and that crap haha. you're eating pretty healthy things for lunch already, and it's always best to variate what you eat. baby carrots, granola bars, oranges, or 100 calorie snacks (for any chocolate cravings!)

what your mom made for dinner seemed healthy, but the best thing to do is when you serve yourself, mentally divide your plate into 3 sections. one for each of proteins, carbs, and *vegetables*!

you have a lot of activites you can do to stay fit. continue walking Sarah, and you can invite your friends over to play basketball or something.

if your mom makes a lot of pasta, try to get her to start buying whole wheat pasta. it's the same as regular pasta, except it has a lot more fiber and nutrition in it.

it's really great that you are beginning a healthy lifestyle and i wishh you the best! :]
