Will I be able to hook up a Bell Bike Carrier to my Honda Civic?

I have a Honda Civic EX with a Spoiler on it. I need to buy a Carrier that is trunk mounted. Will this work on my car. It also has to bottom straps to hook to the bumper. The one I'm looking at cost about 40 dollars at Target and or Walmart. This Carrier has great reviews on it. So I know this is the one I want to buy.

I tried that one for my Miata that had a spoiler. I pulled it out of the box and looked at it and took it back. It's a piece of junk that may work on some cars if you don't care about your bike or the car. I ended up buying a Saris Bones 2. It was they only thing that would fit over the wing on my Miata and Rx8. It comes with a lifetime warranty. Skip that rack if you care about your car and bike.
