Hello. Uk people would be better ;)
Im a female 13 year old girl about 5ft something ( Medium height for a normal average year 9 in september) :) and im 9 stone.
So as i turned 13 last week i feel fat,well i've felt like fat for a while but i truly hate my body.
My thighs are flappy and my belly i have like 3 trust me.
I Hate my belly and my thighs.
My legs are ok they are not flappy they are like well normal :P.
Ive been drinking water alot but that makes me need the bathroom i hardly ever go the gym so what can i do can you guys help me :)
I Cant end up like fat please :]
