Anything like "This girl was raped to death by twenty seven midgets in the jungles of South America. Now she eats the flesh of the living. Now that you've read this pass it on 300 times or your flesh will be on her menu tonight"

That's a tough one, they're all exceedingly stupid. But among the most annoying are the ones that tell you to show you care about your friends by spamming them with copies of the chain letter, or they claim you have been cared and thought about because a friend just sent you the chain letter. uh, no! Any that tells you "If I don't get this back, I'll know we're not friends!" What the heck seriously!? In the first place, what idiot thought this up, and what is it about these insane forworeds that makes otherwise smart people switch off all common sense in favor of forwarding them further? Any that tells a tear-jerking story that isn't even true or can't be verified as true, or if it is true, I've already heard about it and just don't appreciate having my happy mood wrecked by the thing. Sappy poetry, much of it in chain letters is ripped off their authors, used without their permission, and the authors are stripped of credit. Trivia chains, at least 50% of the so-called "facts" and quotes in them aren't true and weren't actually said by the famous people named in the chains. Political chains, no thanks, no matter what your political beliefs are, if you spread them in chain letters, don't expect people to take you seriously. The latest trendy viral videos, jokes and pictures being sent around. If I get them once, I'll get them at least once if not about 6 times more from other friends who thought they were so freaking cute or hilarious! Any chain that has the gall to exploit religion, knock it off! Sick/dying or missing kid hoaxes - what slimy creep comes up with those and gets their kicks out of playing on people's emotions that way? Supposedly inspirational stories and then a few pithy words telling you to be more like whoever in the story, and then to show the love by passing it along. One of the biggest nail-biters was a story about a guy who was unbelievably euphoric about absolutely everything in life, including his cancer, because most forwards in these things involve someone who is about to die or who could have died under certain circumstances. The Chain went on to claim that everybody chooses to be happy or not. What a self-righteous pile of bull! In otherwords, if I'm already having a cruddy day, don't send me a stupid chain that tells me how I'm supposed to feel!
