Which one of these 16 books should I read?

Alright, I'm looking for a fun novel to read. Preferably a quick read. It has to be out of this list:

A lot of good choice there, but the Colour Purple is an amazing book, fantastic story line with interesting, emotional characters. Not an uplifting book in many ways, but I'd definitely go for that one.

Good choices. Charles Dickens and Homer may be hard to read, but Color Purple, Bean Trees, Cry the Beloved Country are all worth it.

color purple and the illiad. u should try Othello!!! really good, get it on cd as well and the movies

The Jungle can get kind of gross, but is still an incredible book. Cry, the Beloved Country also has really great moral messages and themes.

But my favorite is A Tale of Two Cities, just because of the ending. I happened to be listening to Hans Zimmer at the time, and I flipped out because it was way too awesome. :)
