Which record should I buy?

I work at a recordstore and I am contemplating either getting Leonard Cohen "Songs of Love and Hate" or Tom Waits "Swordfish Trombones" on vinyl. The Tom Waits is cheaper , but it doesn't really matter, I just want to know which one you think might be better. I never really got into Tom Waits either.

or if you cant decide get both
