I need to slim down legs and stomach by september 1st?

Just like the title! I need quick things and also if I eat next to nothing ( other than veggies and water, don't comment on this being not healthy ) will I lose weight faster? I really need to do this and I may have up to September 5th. Lemme know what to do and how to crush cravings, thanks a bunch you guys

    um i dont see why eating veggies and drinking water would not be healthy towards some people. my cousin is a vegetarian and is in great shape!! and i know many people who eat bigmacs all day and are close to obese but thats ok??? anyways back to the point just think this...."a moment on the lips but forever on the hips" youll only enjoy the taste of the yummy food for a couple minutes but the weight will stay for well you know how long....very long :)
