Is it safe to use maple syrup as lube on my condom?

Well I bought a bunch of condoms and it seems they aren't lubed at all.

And really the only thing I can really find around the house that could make a good lube is this syrup, are there any harmful effects to this?

    no lol the sugar would promote bacteria growth in tha vagina. plz just u vaseline. no lotion tho heard it burns. theres also condoms dat come wit extra lube anyway.

    Yuck! That's not even close to being a lubricant.You need something that's slick not sticky. I'm sure your girl would appreciate a little more effort on your part. Making a beeline to the pantry in the heat of the moment doesn't seem overly romantic. But that's just me. Get your buns to the corner drugstore and spend a couple buck on the right stuff that won't contaminate her hoohoo. Save your maple syrup for the pancakes that I'm positive you'll be making her in the morning. Oh! Btw - kudos on using a condom. I have to give you a star for that. : )

    i wouldn't recommend it. a woman's vagina is very sensitive. the maple syrup is thick and could affect the Ph BALANCE inside the vagina.

    Don't do anything that you'll have to explain to the emergency room doctors if something goes wrong. And putting maple syrup on your condom might cause the poor girl to be so sticky that she might get some kind of odd infection and have to go to the doctor. That's something you'd see on House MD as a joke. Think before you act ... and please make good choices. This would not be a good choice!

    Aside from the female your being intimate with catching a nasty infection from the syrup, the acid in the syrup itself can eat a hole through the condom. This can cause an exchange of bodily fluids that can carry STD's or a possible unplanned pregnancy. Try a lubricant instead, there are many varieties so im sure you'll find one perfect for you.

    Well most condoms lube would have sperm killers in them. Of course syrup doesnt have them! But it wont do anyharm, you will just be slightly less protected, but still very unlikely to get an STD or make ur girl preggers. I wouldnt use too much though, it might be too sticky for lube. It sounds sick but just use spit!!!!!
