Yes, your other responder has it right.

How to read this aloud is anyone's guess, but for your own understanding, work on dividing it up into ordinary words--as much as that's possible. Also, take note of the organization of the words on the page. Surely, it's NOT random. Try reading both up and down, backwards and forwards. Why? Well, if it is about sex (and it is), that's pretty appropriate, right?

You have to really relax your mind to read this sort of thing. It's not traditional and not easy (until you've done it a bit). Try to have fun with it. That's what the writer had in mind for you.

try reading it out loud, pronouncing the capitalized words louder. It's a bit cathartic and even orgasmic ;)
