Browning was dead before Frost was born and Ginsberg was a later "Beat" poet...so those two are out of the equation.

Ezra Pound was definitely one, and Lowell was an acquaintance of Pound...I'd be guessing as to whether Frost knew Lowell as well; the time period and style fits, but I really don't know...I'd probably only choose Ezra Pound from the list given...but it would be a guess.

It seems like it would take longer to type that whole question into Yahoo! Answers than it would to just Google each individual writer and check their backgrounds. And finding the answer yourself will help you to absorb and retain the information.
