NFL Expansion??!!???!!!???!!?

Question

I know the NFL won't expand withing it's league, but I wondered what cities or states they would use, i figuered they'd do one city or state for each division. Here were my choices of where they could put teams and I just made up a team name for it:
1. Hawaii Tropics: Population - 1,315,011, stadium location: Honolulu, Division: AFC West
2. Nevada Bluebirds (state bird): Population – 2,709,412 Stadium Location: Tonopah, Division: NFC West
3. Portland Travelers (People traveled westward along the Oregon Trail): Population – 596,012 + other Oregon areas. Stadium location: Hood River, Division: NFC North
4. Dakota Stingers (state insect is a bee, and a large reason for states honey production) population – 1,047,003(both North and South Dakota), Stadium location: Bismarck, North Dakota. Division: AFC North
5. Mississippi Wolves: population - 2,302,023 , Stadium Location: Jackson, Mississippi. Division: NFC South
6. Hampton (VA) Knights: population – 152,034 + other Virginia area populations. Stadium Location: Hampton Virginia. Division: AFC East.
7. Minneapolis Convicts: population- 382,716 + other areas. Stadium Location: Minneapolis. Division: NFC East.
8. Tulsa Indians: population – 393,014 + other Oklahoma populations. Stadium location: Tulsa. Division AFC South.

I didn't put LA in there because, LA is near San Diego, and most people there already have a team favorite. Please comment on mine and tell yours. Cheers.

First off, why would you name a team the Convicts
Second off, There is a team by the name of The Minnesota Vikings maybe you heard of them

You didn't even mention Salt Lake City....they are in line for the next team followed by Las Vegas

You're gonna get jack-slapped for calling that Tulsa team the Indians, unless they start winning big-time out the gate.

And move that prospective Minneapolis franchise to Boise, Idaho. Call them the"Spud Kickers" or some damn thing.

Nevada is way to hot to play in.
and the rest besides dakota and mississippi have to little populations.

pro teams are usually located in large college football towns. i'd say mississippi and dakota would be most probable

You need to go back to the drawing board with your concept. Teams needs to be located in large metropolitan areas with infrastructure, airports, and media.

What new team would name themselves "indians" in the PC age? Totally unrealistic.

If Nevada ever got a team, which is a longshot, The team would be located most likely in Vegas. Tonapah !? Tonapah?!... are you kiddin' me? Nobody even knows where that is including Nevadans.
