Why is Mexico encouraging illegals to maintain their alliance to Mexico but not US ?

Dateline: Chicago, IL. – Amalia Garcia, governor of the (Mexican) state of Zacatecas, formally inaugurated three new clubs of Zacatecans in Illinois and urged the immigrants from that area to maintain their “alliance” with the government of Zacatecas so that, as bi-nationals, they will continue to strengthen links with their places of origin. “Accompanied by local congressmen as well as by mayors from Zacatecas, and in front of more than 800 persons, among which were representatives of the Federation of Zacatecan Clubs in other parts of the United States, Amalia Garcia renewed her commitment to look after the welfare and security of those who have emigrated in search of a better standard of living.”

Great question. I lived in yuma az for 15 years and I saw more mexican flags than AMERICAN flags. Lots of disrespect for AMERICANS in yuma. It's all ignorance, classless. One night I was discussing this very question with a mexican women and asked her how she would feel if her boyfriend moved into her house without permission and put up pictures of his ex girlfriend all over the place and bragged about how much better his ex girlfriend was than she.
She told me , (and I quote precisely) "I would kick his azz out)
I don't don't think she was able to draw the connection.
On the other hand there are many hard working, law abiding AMERICAN citizens who are of mexican descent, 2, that come to my mind were boarder patrol officers. They shot and wounded a KNOWN MEXICAN DRUG DEALER who threatened them at the boarder. They were arrested by the AMERICAN police and put in prison.
The bottom line is this, if you do not appreciate AMERICA, do not whore yourself out by living here and our politicians and law makers need to take a look at whose side they are really on.

Not only for the above answers, but as people stay here and abuse the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution, their anchor babies maintain allegiance to Mexico. They get into politics and vote for issues that benefit Mexico.

Thanks to liberals, Mexico will be able to take back their lost territorries without firing a shot.

Read the article and see how MX really feel about assimilating into the US. They have absolutely no allegiance to the US and consider our culture inferior to their own. They believe the cultures should "join".

because Mexico benefits from them and their hard work , but yeah we should encourage the undocumented to be part of America as they become legalized in the coming months .
