Can you change shutter speeds on a sony cyber-shot?

i have saw people do light grafitti and i want to do it but i dont know how to change the shutter speeds or can u even do it well if u can how do you do it??????????????????????????????????????…

You can't I believe. It's also very disappointing to me because I am am semi-pro photographer that knows a lot of tricks for the perfect shot, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on a new camera because I am broke. >.> Now I bought mine ~2 years ago, and I don't know what has changed to the newer ones, but I still believe that you can not change shutter speed.
