Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Brutality?

I can never seem to do a brutality in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. How do you do one? I did one with sub-zero but idk how it happened. I'm not going too slow, that's for sure. So what do you do? Do you start slow and speed up? Idk what.

this is one for sub zero (unmasked) stand about 4-5 people away from your opponent. now did this at medium speed. back,back,down,back,run. you should see him blowing an ice breath and freezing your opponent. then that person falls and breaks. you have to make sure that you're standing in the right spot. that's called a fatality. brutalitys are more difficult to do. look in gamefaqs for brutalities.
