The white girl with blonde hair in the Pam Pre commercials looks REALLY familiar and I can't figure out who she is...anyone know?

- She was that girl from the movie Stepsister from Planet Weird that came out on disney channel in 2000. She played that girl that drank a ton of coke to stay alive, and when she would get nervous she would become a bubble in the sink. She was also very scared of wind... I hope that that info helps.
