Does college basketball team manager travel with the team?

Question

does anyone know if the college basketball team manager travel with the team when they have away games?
bcuz im planning to become a team manager for my college's womens bball team, and im just wondering if the manager will have to travel with the team =P
im looking forward to that and,, also can i know more about that the managers do ?
i used to be a high school bball manager but my coach didnt ask me to do much =P

oh , my college isnt in a competitive league,
its just a local college in Vancouver BC
i dunno if its like the NBA level, but there are some away games that i would like to go as a team, so i guess, i will just wait for Sept, and ask the coach for the permission =P

I don't know about for Canada, but my cuz is a manager for UCLA and he usually gets to travel wit the team. Yea, uh, I'm pretty sure you don't practice wit da team because depending on the level of your talent/the level of you team's talent, it could mix things up.

In NCAA they do. Don't know Vancouver.
