My name is on son's title?

My name is on my son's title for his auto. He's moving out of state and we want for him to get car in his name only. Can I just sign title, so my name will be eliminated?

Take your car registration to the closest Department of Motor Vehicle office. Fill out the form for changing the title. Pay the required fee, and patiently wait for your changed registration to arrive in mail.
Your son needs to go to the DMW in his state and have the car registered.

That's all you have to do.
