Personally, I like Wuthering Heights the best, because I go for moody, brooding guys, even if they go insane.
Which one to read depends on what you like, really.
Slaughterhouse-Five is a science-fiction war novel, with a writing style (like a stream-of-consciousness) that can be confusing, since it doesn't progress in a linear fashion like most books. I've found that people either love it or hate it.
Death of a Salesman is a tragedy and also resembles a stream-of-consciousness structure. Lots of psychological drama (not psychological terror, but the main character goes rather nuts).
Invisible Cities is known for its very adept use of language, so if you're a person who loves beautiful language more than a complicated plot, then it would be good.
The Stranger reads like a novel, but has a LOT going on under the surface that requires lots of thinking. It can be a harder read for some people than the others. It's very philosophical and existentialist.
Wuthering Heights is really probably the closest to modern-day novels, with romance and angst and humor. It's quite a good read. It takes place in the 1800s, when it was written. It has descriptions of physical and mental cruelty and is somewhat tragic. It's probably my favorite, though.
I don't know if that helped... I hope so! You're luck that you got to pick from good books; we had to read Moby Dick over the summer for AP Lit, which is arguably the most boring book in the history of books.
