    There are only two:
    It's is a contraction meaning "it is" i.e. "It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Superman."
Its is possessive i.e. "Its species is reptile."

Its is the one where it chooses to be of ownership. So like.. "the cat played with its toy". "Or the sun is bright and shiny let's olay under its rays."

It's is it is. If that makes any sense? try..... it's = it is.... A contraction i think. Like "It's a goregous day." or " it's having problems with reception."

Most people think that its' is a word. its' would be used to explain multiple owners of the word it. Here in america we use their or them(them is only in rare cases) to fill the place so it will make sense. Like we wouldn't say "the children play with its' ball" we say "the children play with their ball" YOu see?

    I hope this helps!!

    okedoke,
    >I really don' know how you managed to come across "Its' ", but if it exists it would mean "belonging to Its", "Its" most likely being a proper noun in plural - "lookout, the Its are coming". I am clueless as to any other meaning of "Its' "
    >It's, of course, means "It is or It has", "It" being a singular pronoun.
    >Then there's "its", "belong to it". Or, if you like, "It" in plural. (Again it would have to be the plural of a proper noun)
