The best help is to realize they are all a big scam.

It's physically and thermodynamically impossible for them to work as claimed. The amount of power you get out of it is about 1/3 the power you put into it.

The auto companies, specially in Europe, are under a lot of pressure to improve fuel economy. Don't you think that if this thing worked, the auto companies would have built one into every car?

HHO is a scam to get you to purchase a worthless e-book. Don't go for it!

The energy needed to extract HHO gas from H2O is greater than the energy returned when it is combusted in your engine - this is an indisputable fact - consider, if both processes were 100% efficient, it would create no additional energy, it would be a break even conversion. But in the real world, the internal combustion engine is sadly very inefficient and the HHO gas needed to produce any significant increase in it's mechanical output can't be produced by the same engine that's consuming the HHO gas.
If this system worked, we could solve all of the world's energy needs in one quick swoop.
