Good books for this summer?

I love Sarah Dessen's novels. Completely. Favorite author, hands down.
Also Jenny Valentine's The Ant Colony and Broken Soup.
I thought Geek Love by Katherine Dunn was epic.

Based on that can you reccommend anything else? I'm running out of stuff to read. Thank you, so much. I really need help finding a good read.

i just read the book Th1rteen R3asons Why and it was amazing!
-----it's about this guy who liked this girl who commited suicide and before she commited suicide she recorded these tapes that had like 13 different people on it that she claims are somehow responsible for her commiting suicide. so, hes going through the tapes throughout the story. it may sound weird but its really good. it has a few sexual references though.

i like almost all of Lurlene McDaniel's books. A lot of them are about someone who has cancer or someone who knows someone who has cancer.

A Walk to Remember is fantastic! [i like a lot of Nicholas Spark's books]
-----it's about this popular boy who falls in love with the minister's daughter who is really religious and a dork. and he really likes her but finds it hard to have a real relationship with her because of what his friends might think. and something happens but im not going to spoil it for you

Twilight is really good, but im sure you have heard a lot about it.

If a Tree falls at Lunch Period was pretty good
-----it's about this overweight girl and this new athletic kid that find out that they are somehow related. it's pretty good and hard to explain

***hope i helped

Thank you!
I've actually read 13 Reasons Why, it was good. And I saw the movie for A Walk to Remember but I might read the book now. I'm definitely going to check out If a Tree Falls at Lunch Period. :)

Thanks again! :)
