I am traveling to Italy this summer and I would like to send SMS back home to friends and the girlfriend.Is there any international providers that include free SMS Outgoing/Incoming? Most charge 0.4 Euros per msg out but free coming in.
I know that they will be making something else more expensive to compensate for the free outgoing SMS but that's fine!
