If you visit the official cutty sark website you will see the history of the ship.
The website gives details of how to arrange to view the archives which I'm sure will be of help to you.
It's a very interesting website if you have any interest in the Cutty Sark.

You'll need to find the ship's manifest. If you know the city that the ship sailed from, call the maritime office there and ask where those records are kept.
