That's a very difficult question to answer, especially because Ginsberg's work is so multifaceted. Many consider this poem a sort of love song to America, though that would be a very basic surface-level interpretation of the poem. To say "what is the meaning of a poem" implies that there is only one meaning to any given poem. Rather, there are literally dozens of different ways to interpret any poem you come across. I would attempt to search for some scholarly interpretations of "America" on the Gale Literary Database as well as the MLA Database. Seeing what multiple scholars have to say about the poem might spark your own personal interpretation!
