How to delete your facebook account?

I want to know that is there any way we can delete our account on facebook. If we can then please tell how.

To DELETE your account, use this link:

Click the blue Submit button and your account will be deleted in a few days. It is permanent and you lose everything.

um log in to your facebook account;
then go to your "MY ACCOUNT"
the click " ACCOUNT SETTINGS"

by there your gonna see:

[Deactivate Account[

click that; and by there its gonna ask you if you want to deactivate means cancel or something;
and i guess u can go on by that;

You can't delete it but you can disable you account as long as you wanna disable it.
