No I don't think so.
As others have pointed out nudists don't laugh about bodies which are not perfect.
Poor guy 1,5 that really is small have you ever thought about having an enlargement done?

Germans tend not to laugh about that, and especially on a nudist beach people are not judgemental about bodies which are not perfect.
So I guess you will be allright.

Most Nudists are over it so you should be ok. Ethnic Germans are not noted for their Penis length maybe just get it done and get over it.
