It could be a hoax or like he other one possibly a dog that wa bloated from being in the water or it could be some new creature cross bread at plum Island which isn't to far from Montauk

Ok one, its not a turtle. turtles skin and vertabrae are connected to their shells, if you remove the shell you remove most of its skin and spine, so turtle idea, just dumb. not a racoon, just look at evidence. maybe a dog or new speicies.

think about this, plum island, a research center not too far from plum island, they play around with gene splicing, that is where lyme disease came from. its mostly a new animal and a second one from the island. and this second one, the couple that found it, put it on ice and is selling it to a private research facility so they can see what it is.

also real spectics (aka idiots) say that the monster has the swine flue and thats where it start and swine flu is all a plot form the government to infect people. now that idea is just dumb but put it down just because some people might believe it
