Does anyone know how tall Laura Ingalls Wilder was?

I would like to know her height in inches, feet, or whatever. Also, if you could include your source that would help. I need this for my history class. Thanks! :)

According to IMDB, and other web resources, she was 4 feet 11.. .thats pretty short!

She describes herself as having been kinda short in one of the books.

In 1900, she purchased her first cookstove from Montgomery Ward completing a modern kitchen that included the stove, hot and cold running water, and low wooden cabinets Almanzo had designed for her height. Her kitchen was named "the most modern Ozark country kitchen." (from the Greenville Public library site)

I'm not sure anything more specific is ever noted. Not that I can find.
