I NEED TO KNOW IF I SHOULD DO SITS UP EVERDAY AND SOME OTHERS ABS WORKOUT?

IM TRYIN TO GET ABS FAST BUT I WANT TO KNOW IF I SHOULD DO THEM EVERDAY AND HOW MANY SITS UP SHOULD I DO

Don't do them everyday, maybe every other day or every two days. If you want your abs to show fast, then you should do some interval workouts or HITT training in between abdominal workouts.

Also, how many sit-ups are effective for you is relevant to your current conditioning.

    If you're needed to lose weight, do that first then when you're lean - work at definition.

    You could do crunches or sit ups but more than often people begin the "jerking" motion & screw up their necks and backs.

    You need support on the lower back & neck to prevent injury. There's a few machines out that do that & give you a good ab workout:

    no actually u should't work them evryday. this is a common myth. doin ab workouts from 3 to 5 days a week is enough because your muscles should have the time to rest...and also its not in the quantity its in quality so about 15 reps 3 to 4 sets is enough...although some say that 30 to 40 reps 3 to 4 sets... so thats just your choice but what you really need to focus on is how you perform... focus on your ab muscles while youre doin the exercises..i hope this helped :)

    Yeah you certainly need to do regular workouts everyday to tone up those abs.

    Sit ups,push ups,squatting,crutching and a bit of light weight lifting...and healthy average intake of water for muscle activities
