Why don't teens want an education?

Easily finds a good high paying job after school

Hates school - believes it a waste of time
Spends the school day trying to bypass school web filters
Gets increasingly poor grades
Gets very poor marks in exams
Finishes school with no qualifications
Has to be content with an unpleasant low paying job

Why don't teens get it? Your whole life depends on what you do at school. If you waste your schooldays now, there is no way to turn the clock back later.

I was much like Student 2. I suffered from severe ADD; I was maliciously bullied beginning in the 6th grade and continuing through the 9th grade (dropped out after failing 9th grade for the 2nd time); my mother had a drinking problem (which was devastating for me).

I spent three years in the army, from 17 to 20. This did a lot to turn me around. Afterwards I went to college and graduated.

A lot of people these days believe that the public education system is either a form of slavery or a waste of time because it is a generalization when people are usually specialists.

Student 2 haven't worldly matured. They still feel like kids and wants to have fun, they think short termed. There are lots of Developed-Country born individuals with low paying careers.

Becuse maybe the house they live in (Ex.Parents and what not).I want a education but im not going to have school take over my life

Student 1 and Student2 - eventually leave school and get a meaningless job that they hate that they go to every day until they die, so what difference does it make?

I don't think that school is pointless, just that a few things we learn are. Mostly I just don't like school, but I understand that it is important, no matter how boring.
