No. If you are talking about the montary quanity of something the right word is "Costs" otherwise "costed" is not a word. "Costs" or "Cost" or "Costing" is how the word is used. But this is a good question.
wrong: the book costed 13.00 dollars.
correct: the book costs 13.00 dollars.

- Thank you. You didn't make much sense - I was thinking more of the past tense of cost, which i'm pretty sure is still- cost. I think - costs - goes beyond the point. but thank you for answering!
