Copy of Balancing Redox Reactions - Acidic Solution?

Balance the following redox reaction which occurs under acidic conditions: C2O4^(2-) + MnO4^(-) ---> CO2 + Mn^(2+)

Report the coefficients needed to balance the equation in the following order with each coefficient separated by a comma: C2O4^(2-), MnO4^(-), H^(+), CO2, Mn^(2+), H20 (example: 1,2,3,4,5,6)

My Answers:
3,8,2,6,2,4
3,2,8,6,2,4
3,2,16,6,2,8

I was confident in the second one but it became wrong so then I increased H20 to 8 and H to 16 so then they can balance but still it came out wrong(the third answer). Please help

C2O42- = 2 CO2 + 2e-) x5
MnO4- +8H+ + 5e- = Mn2+ + 4 H2O)x2

5 C2O42- + 2 MnO4- + 16H+ = 10 CO2 + 2 Mn2+ + 8H2O
