i want to send free sms from india to serbia(belgrade)..how can i send?dont say to download any software in the pc..say any site name by which i can send free isd sms..

I don't really think there's a way you can send free sms from India to Belgrade.
As in every other country, we have free sms as part of the package deal we
purchase (as a plan of your sim card) but in roaming, I don't think so.
