People who have actually tried hydroxycut.?

Has hydroxycut worked for you?
If so, what was your basic diet/exercise plan?
If not, why do you think it didn't work for you?

This is for HYDROXYCUT USERS ONLY!!! I don't want bs answers from people whose mother's cousin's best friend's niece used it. I want answers from people who have actually tried it.

I do not care about your opinions about diet pills. It is irrelevant to this question. If it will kill my liver, kidney's, and babies that haven't been conceived yet, I do not need to hear it from you.

So USERS of hydroxycut, what do you think about it?

10 points to the best answer, whether its positive or negative, from real users of hydroxycut.

-I recall specifically saying hydroxycut users ONLY! Your tv show is bs, they were never fat, the pictures are obviously photoshopped, I KNOW! Diet and exercise is the safest healthiest way to lose weight, I KNOW! But that is NOT what I asked!

I tried it, but only for a day. I couldn't handle my heart racing - it felt like I had taken 5 No-Doz pills! But, I guess everybody is different, so maybe it won't affect you as much.

Sorry, I wasn't much help, but you asked....

Good luck!

Thank you. You were the only one that didn't give your opinion about diet pills, which I specifically asked not to do.

I haven't used it but I saw this show on TV called what they don't want you to know. They had the people who modeled on the hydroxycut comercials come in and talk about it. The people were all some type of bodybuilder or nutritionist. Hydroxycut paid them to get fat so they could take a "before" picture (really an after). The people then resumed their normal intense work out routines to get their body back. Hydroxycut made this their "after" picture. Their is no pill that is just going to make you loss weight. Diet and exercise is the way to go.

it didn't really work for me, it did give me energy. But all I took was one bottle and then moved on to another kind which I got better results with (however it is an online thing and they sell your credit card information so big scam--I won't even tell you the name of it because they sold my info to other companies--then I checked with the bbb and yeah they have a reputation--now I always check first).

I might give hydroxycut a second try though and just use it for you know 3 months or more and see how it works out. If I were you I would just get a personal trainer, you will probably have better results with that than a diet pill anyway. Good Luck and please don't try combo-pilling it is very dangerous.

EDIT: You do get the jitters at first but as you take them the energy gets less and less.

I did try it and half a bottle is sitting in my cabinet from about 6 months ago. It made be sick every day. I could be in the middle of a store and then all the sudden feel like I was going to throw up. In addition to that, I didn't see any results. I think the only thing that works is behavior modification, i.e., change your whole way of thinking and eat good foods. Do the 5-7 servings of vegetables and fruits a day, lean protein, and fiber and then get your heart rate up for at least a half hour 5 days a week...and drink plenty of water.
