Who are the best modern, younger short story writers?

I'm familiar with many of the famous short story writers - Hemingway, Raymond Carver, Flannery O'Connor, John Cheever, Joyce Carol Oates.

But I don't know who the really good younger, current short story writers are. I have a book of stories by TC Boyle that is great but beyond that I don't know, and Boyle's not that new anyway.

Who are your favorites - great short story writers who are relatively new (first published within last 20 years, let's say)?

When referring to literature, "modern" is a term used to describe early 20th century. You're looking for "contemporary."

I really enjoyed Nathaniel Englander's For The Relief of Unbearable Urges. All of the short stories in the collection were great.
