Seafood sandwiches are often served in hot dog rolls. Lobster rolls, crab rolls, etc. You could make a tuna roll as well.

I use them for cheese steak sandwiches. I open them up and but butter on them and toast them in the oven and serve it as toast for breakfast. I use them for garlic bread: spread butter on them, sprinkle a little garlic over it and then add a little mozzarella cheese and toast them in the oven,

Pizza subs..... using a tomato base and then add sliced capsicum, sliced mushrooms, bacon, olives, onion, pineapple etc. and grated cheese. Place in oven on a low to medium heat.
