Could the best mens high school basketball team beat the best womens college team?

They had the National High School Invitational Tournament on tv this past weekend, and the 2 teams (Oak Hill Academy/Findlay Prep) playing in the finals were ridiculously good. They would demolish the best women's college team. They could probably beat quite a few college men's teams. Think about it. The best HS teams have players that are capable of going to the NBA directly out of HS if the rules allowed. The best boy's basketball teams, are taller, bigger, faster, and more athletic than the top women's college team. It would be a blowout.

NO WAY!!!!!!!! The way UCONN dominated this year, the game would not even be close. UCONN went undefeated, winning every game by double figures.

Who's rules? If you use the women's rules (30 second clock, no back court 10 seconds, etc.) it would be an adjustment for the HS boys.

Besides, it will never happen so who cares?

It wouldn't be close. Though the women's team would likely be more fundamentally sound, as my female D1 friend once said, 5'6" can't jump vs. 6'6" and can jump.
