First of all, there's no point in invading Italy... The other thing is that Muslims are actually very big on architecture, throughout history, Arabs (who were Muslim) made fine textiles and beautiful architecture and they really respect artwork. I highly doubt they will destroy it.

I think you need to realize that their are many churches and other religious establishments in Muslim Lands that have been there for a 1000 years.

Well, that's exactly what the Taliban did in Afghanistan. And the ancient Greeks and Romans did it too. Hence the expression, "History is written by the winners of the wars." The losers don't have any history left.

Another reason we don't have much ancient history remaining about pagan and other non-Christian religions.

(Of course, they'd have to take over France to destroy the Mona Lisa. That one is in the Louvre.)

The answer is yes. If these maniacs were the majority of the population in Italy then yes they would. They have zero toleration for anyone that doesn't believe in the same nonsense that they do. Don't forget what kind of people these are. They are indeed an infestation to the world,but so are christians and jews and every other moron that believes in the silly stuff that they believe in. There is just way too much to mention.
