I won't say I hate Bon Jovi but Jon definitely takes himself a little too seriously considering they were just another hair band.

I don't hate them, i just hate the "new" style of Bon Jovi
But theyre last few CDs have been a turn off for me, they went from being a great 80s rock band, and then in the 90s they switched to more modern rock-ish style ("It's my life") and now theyre making country songs that sound lame and cheesy. If they want to not be hated they should go back to making great rock songs like "Bad Medicine" "Blaze of Glory" and "Wanted Dead or Alive"

Yeah, pretty much.

It's certainly nothing personal. Bon Jovi never caused me any long term damage beyond making really bad hair metal.

Oh, and I've heard he's friends with Bill Bellichick. That's comparable to being buddies with Satan.
