I need an analysis for the poem "The Eagle" by EE Cummings.?

I just went over this poem in my honors english class! The poem is about an eagle standing on the ledge of a mountain, staring down at the ocean. Then he bolts down like a lightning bolt at his prey.

- The eagle seemed cocky about himself.
- Since the eagle was perched on a high mountain, he must have thought he was better than everyone else.

*I didn't really see a message in this poem.. maybe the message was that you have to be agressive to get what you want.
