How are Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter modern day beatniks?

Wiilliam F Buckley, Jr. was an admirer of free-thinking Allan Ginsberg and Jack Kerouac. Limbaugh and Coulter worship Buckley and they support beatnik values of free sex. Rush said recently "I have mistresses all over the world" and Coulter said "Since I'm single, I can have sex with anyone I want".

They are not.

The original beatniks of the 1950s and early 1960s were anti-materialistic (meaning anti-consumerist) and had a deeply spiritual element in their culture along with a strong emphasis on social justice, something obviously lacking within the demagogic, blowhard right-wing pundit class (especially the likes of Coulter and Limbaugh).

Instead, these two pundits would be more accuratley depicted as "libertine," meaning they readily act upon their desires without any regard, whatsoever, for their environment or even their fellow man.
